Eraskh
A plant in Eraskh village, Ararat region, some 80 km from Yerevan: built in 1967, operating since 1970, employing 100 to 120 people. It holds its own vineyards — 40 hectares at Arallez (36 ha Rkatsiteli, 4 ha Kakheti) and 12 hectares of Areni on the slopes at Tigranasen at 1340 m, plus fruit orchards for vodkas and liqueurs. Grapes are also bought from residents of the Ararat Valley. Wine is a small part of the output; brandy, vodka and liqueurs dominate.
