Momik
A family operation run by Nver Ghazaryan and Narine Mktchyan near the village of Areni in Vayots Dzor. Its roughly two-hectare vineyard sits in the Arpa river valley, with some vines planted back in the 1960s still bearing fruit. The family moved from selling grapes to bottling its own wine through the Farm-to-Bottle programme. The name honours Momik, the medieval architect of nearby Noravank; a WineCube tasting pavilion stands in the vineyard.
