WineWorks
Not a conventional estate but a winery incubator, founded in 2011 in Yerevan by Vahe Keushguerian, who worked in the US and Italy before returning to Armenia. The company plans and plants vineyards, designs wineries, makes wine at its own custom-crush facility handling 5,000 to 300,000 litres, and takes on marketing and distribution for other labels. It runs two nurseries of indigenous varieties, at Astghadzor (Getap, Vayots Dzor) and Khramort (Askeran). It co-founded the EVN Wine Academy with ICARE.
