About this event
What it is, in plain words.
A worldwide week of Armenian wine, held for the first time from 8 to 14 November 2026. There is no single venue: wineries, importers, shops, restaurants, community groups and wine lovers in different countries pour, pair and share Armenian wines on their own. At the heart of the week is the #UncorkArmenia challenge — buy two bottles of Armenian wine, keep one, give the other to a friend who has never tried Armenian wine, and invite three friends to do the same. The week closes on International Areni Day, the second Saturday of November (14 November in 2026), with a shared toast to the Areni grape. Taking part is free. The initiative comes from WineArmenia.org and is supported by the Vine and Wine Foundation of Armenia.

- 8–14 November: the #UncorkArmenia challenge — two bottles, one for you, one as a gift
- Tastings and pairings at wineries, shops and restaurants that join the week
