Jraghatspanyan
A family estate in the village of Bambakashat, Armavir province, founded in 2018 by three brothers. The middle brother, Artem, makes the wine; he graduated from the Armenian National Agrarian University in 2008 with a thesis on Armenian red wines and also heads brandy ageing at the Ararat brandy plant. The wines are aged in an old cellar dating from the 1890s. The surname recalls the family trade — 'jraghats' is Armenian for watermill.
