Keush
An Armenian traditional-method sparkling project: every wine is made méthode traditionnelle from fruit grown in Khachik village, Vayots Dzor. The vines are ungrafted and 60–100 years old, sitting at 1500–1750 m, which the estate calls the highest in the Northern Hemisphere used for traditional-method wine. Three cuvées are made — Origins from Voskehat and Khatouni, a rosé from Areni, and a Blanc de Blancs — aged on the lees for 22 to 36 months.
