Syrah

Syrah is a red variety from the northern Rhône; VIVC records its parents as Dureza and Mondeuse Blanche. In our catalogue Armenian Syrah is most often blended with Areni: by Armenia Wine in Aratashen Red, by Maran in Malahi Red with Khndoghni, and by Trinity Canyon Vineyards in Crossroads Red (with Merlot) and Crossroads Rosé. Armenia Wine also pairs it with Muscat Rose in Tariri Rose, and STORK made a rosé from its first Syrah harvest near Sasunik in 2025.
