About the variety
Muscat is the name of a large family of related varieties rather than of a single grape, all with a pronounced grapey, floral aroma; the best known, Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, is of Greek origin according to VIVC. When an Armenian label says just ‘Muscat’, the exact variety is not specified.
